1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry into the Europe, The Choice is Yours Drawing (“Drawing”).

Method #1: Visit www.morereasonstovisiteurope.com between 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 26, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2007, to complete and submit the online entry form (“Online Entry(ies)”).

Method #2: Send your handwritten name, address, and telephone number on a 3 x 5 card to American Express Europe Drawing, 50 West 23rd Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10010 Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator (“Mail-in Entry(ies)”. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2007, and received by December 7, 2007.

Use of any automated system to submit Online Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Online Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Limit of one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of American Express Corporation ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged or returned. No facsimiles, copies, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The drawing is open to persons who are at least 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of the Sponsor, American Express Vacations, European Travel Commission and Austrian Tourist Office, Belgian Tourist Office, VisitBritain, Bulgarian Tourism Authority, Croatian National Tourist Office, Cyprus Tourism Organization, Czech Tourist Authority, VisitDenmark, Estonian Tourist Board, Finnish Tourist Board, Maison de la France, Department of Tourism and Resorts of Georgia, German National Tourist Office, Greek National Tourism Organization, Hungarian National Tourist Office, Icelandic Tourist Board, Tourism Ireland, Italian Government Tourist Board, Latvian Tourism Development Agency, Lithuania State Department of Tourism, Luxembourg National Tourist Office, Malta Tourism Authority, Monaco Government Tourist Office, National Tourism Organisation of Montenegro, Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions, Innovation Norway, Polish National Tourist Office, Portuguese Trade and Tourism Office, Romanian National Tourist Office, Ministry for Tourism of San Marino, National Tourism Organisation of Serbia, Slovak Tourist Board, Slovenian Tourist Board, Tourist Office of Spain, Swedish Travel & Tourism Council, Switzerland Tourism, Turkish Culture and Tourism Office, National Tourist Organization, Ukraine, and any entity involved in the advertising or implementation of the Drawing (collectively “Affiliated Sponsors”) and their respective immediate families, and other persons living in the same household are ineligible to enter. Void wherever prohibited or restricted.

3. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Drawing. Drawing for the Grand Prizes will be conducted on or about December 10, 2007.

Winner will be notified by e-mail, mail or phone. Phone number will only be used to contact the winner(s) and will not be shared with any third party. In the event that no phone number is provided by entrant and e-mails are returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will attempt to re-send said e-mail up to five (5) times over a five (5) days. If any winner does not respond to a phone call notification and/or to said email within five (5) days of its transmission or should the e-mail after five (5) attempts be returned as undeliverable, his or her rights to any prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Potential prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Release”) within ten (10) days after the notification date, which will require verification of social security number for tax purposes and an IRS Form. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of all rights to the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.

Winner’s travel companion will be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Travel companion must be at least 14 years of age at the time of travel and, if a minor, must travel with a parent or legal guardian. If a potential winner or traveling companion is a minor in his or her state of residence the Release must be signed by the winner’s or traveling companion’s parent or legal guardian. Once all documentation is returned to Sponsor and the winner is verified, the Grand Prize will be awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any.

4. DISCLAIMER/PUBLICATION: By participating, the participant (i) assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participant's participation and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the prize, and (ii) releases Sponsor, the European Travel Commission, Affiliated Sponsors and participating airline, hotel, transportation, entertainment venue and any entity involved in the implementation or advertising of this Drawing, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors and officers, from any such liability. By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor, European Travel Commission, Affiliated Sponsors and their respective advertising agencies the right to use, publish, including post online, his or her name, likeness, voice, opinion, biographical information, and place of residency in any media for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Option 2 – Belgium’s Chocolate & Diamonds

Package includes roundtrip coach economy air from a major international gateway near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor to Brussels, Belgium, for two persons, rail train tickets between Brussels and Antwerp, four nights accommodation at Royal Windsor Hotel, two nights accommodation at Radisson SAS Antwerp, a private tour for two persons of Godiva Chocolates headquarters workshop and a private tour for two persons of Antwerp’s diamond district. Option 3 - Cote d’Azur & Catalonia

Option 4 - England’s North Country

Package includes roundtrip coach economy air from a major international gateway near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor to Manchester, England for two persons, Brit Rail train tickets for two persons between Manchester, Windermere & Liverpool, two nights accommodation at The Lowry, Manchester, two nights accommodations at Radisson SAS Liverpool, two nights accommodations Macdonald Old England, Windermere and a full day sightseeing tour for two persons in Cumbria/Lake District. Option 5 - Madrid & Majorca

Package includes roundtrip coach economy air from a major international gateway near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor to Madrid, Spain, for two persons, roundtrip air between Madrid and Palma de Majorca. Includes four nights accommodation at ME Madrid, three nights accommodation at Mardavall Resort in Majorca, a full day sightseeing tour for two persons in Madrid and a full day sightseeing tour in Palma of the Drach Caves. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including but not limited to, transportation not specified herein, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and traveling companion. Hotel accommodations based upon double occupancy. All travel arrangements are to be organized by American Express Travel (200 Vesey Street, New York NY 10285). The winner and travel companion must travel together. Air travel and hotel stay must be prescheduled by American Express Travel at least two (2) weeks before requested departure date and cannot be modified. All travel must take place between December 1, 2007 and December 1, 2008. All air travel and accommodations are strictly subject to availability. Other restrictions and black out dates may apply. Tickets and hotel stays are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and are not valid for upgrades or frequent-flier mileage. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or changed in any way. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution permitted, except the Sponsor may substitute any portion of the prize with something of equal or greater retail value due to unavailability or if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, has security or safety concerns. Winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including Passports and Visas. Departure and airport taxes, customs/agriculture fees and federal, state, local and other taxes, if any, on prize are not included and are the winner's and travel companion's responsibility. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

7. ADDITIONAL RULES: In the event that the promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to immediately terminate the online portion of this Drawing and to select a winner from among all eligible Online Entries received up to the date of online termination and Mail-In Entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Drawing as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By entering, participants agree that Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any injury or damages to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Drawing; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or for late, lost, damage, misdirected, or postage due entries or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

8. NAME OF WINNER: For the name of the winner by mail, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: American Express Europe Drawing, 50 West 23rd Street, 11th Floor, New York NY 10010 Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator. Requests will be fulfilled after November 30, 2007. Requests must be received by January 31, 2008.
